Booking Requirements:

To book an appointment a deposit is required as well as a card on file. The deposit will go towards your service total and it is non-refundable and non transferable. All services are non refundable.

Late Policy:

Arriving late takes away from your own appointment slot, please be on time! If you are running behind please message me. If you are over 20 minutes late without any communication, the appointment will be cancelled. A new deposit is required to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do cancel and/ or reschedule after the 24 hour period you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again. NO CALL/NO SHOWS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICE(S)

Payment:

I accept cash, cash app, Venmo & Apple Pay. I only accept card for deposits!

Servicing:

‍ ‍1. I DO remove/work over other technicians work (a picture must be sent prior to booking through email or dm).

2. If you have damaged nail beds or any form of fungus, please refrain from booking a service. You may send me a picture through email/dm if you are unsure.

3. If you are a nail biter, have short nail beds, or have extended hyponychiums (excess skin behind your nail that grows long), please refrain from booking acrylic services. Forms are the only method used for my acrylic services and some free edge(white part of the nail) is required to ensure a long-lasting foundation.

4. When booking a designed set, you must have your inspo(s) ready to send! If you have any questions please message or email me.
